We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding your Grater Rain orders. To improve the shipping process, we have transitioned to a new shipping company and will be moving our product to a warehouse in the Orient to better handle international shipments.
For our international backers who have experienced issues with lower housings or those who haven’t yet received their units, we sincerely apologize for the delays. Please know that we are working diligently to get your Grater Rain to you as soon as possible.
If you haven’t filled out your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible to ensure we can process your order. For backers who used Apple IDs, you likely haven’t received the survey link via email due to Apple’s privacy settings. If this applies to you, please email us at [email protected] or check your Kickstarter inbox for the survey link.

I wanted to share a quick update—most international orders are on their way, and we’re now working on domestic shipments. If you haven’t filled out your survey yet, just a heads-up that December 1st is the final deadline.
Getting your survey in by then makes sure we have all the right info to ship your Grater Rain. If we don’t hear from you by December 1st, your order might need to ship from the U.S., which could mean extra costs—and I’d really like to help you avoid that!

First off, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve fulfilled most of the international orders—Grater Rain is already making its way to kitchens around the world! But, there are still a few of you who haven’t completed the survey, and we want to make sure you don’t miss out.
That’s why we’ve set December 1st as the final deadline to complete your survey. We know it feels like a hard cutoff, but it’s important. If we don’t have your info by then, we’ll need to ship your order from the U.S., which could mean higher shipping fees. Plus, keeping unclaimed orders in our warehouse does add extra costs for us, so meeting this deadline helps us keep things running smoothly on our end too.

Good news! Domestic orders for the USA and Canada will start shipping on November 10th. If you haven’t yet, please complete your survey so we can get your Grater Rain to you smoothly.
