I wanted to share a quick update—most international orders are on their way, and we’re now working on domestic shipments. If you haven’t filled out your survey yet, just a heads-up that December 1st is the final deadline.

Getting your survey in by then makes sure we have all the right info to ship your Grater Rain. If we don’t hear from you by December 1st, your order might need to ship from the U.S., which could mean extra costs—and I’d really like to help you avoid that!

First off, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve fulfilled most of the international orders—Grater Rain is already making its way to kitchens around the world! But, there are still a few of you who haven’t completed the survey, and we want to make sure you don’t miss out.

That’s why we’ve set December 1st as the final deadline to complete your survey. We know it feels like a hard cutoff, but it’s important. If we don’t have your info by then, we’ll need to ship your order from the U.S., which could mean higher shipping fees. Plus, keeping unclaimed orders in our warehouse does add extra costs for us, so meeting this deadline helps us keep things running smoothly on our end too.

Good news! Domestic orders for the USA and Canada will start shipping on November 10th. If you haven’t yet, please complete your survey so we can get your Grater Rain to you smoothly.

We’ve already started shipping internationally, and it’s been amazing hearing from backers around the world who are loving their Grater Rain. Thank you for the fantastic support and feedback—it keeps us excited to bring this to all of you!

Hello Backers,

We’re excited to announce that the final quality checks for Grater Rain are now complete, and everything looks fantastic! ?

We’re ready to move forward with shipping, and here’s what you can expect:

• International Backers: Orders will start shipping from October 22nd.
• U.S. & Canadian Backers: You can expect your orders to arrive by mid-November.
